Same as braiding the old fashioned way, I suppose. Except that actually wearing it around may be tough since the reversed weight distribution will create tension on your scalp. I actually used to do something very similar before sleep, except that I braided from front scalp to bottom while upside down, meaning that the braid was just higher up.

If you did this, you'd have some nice waves for sure!
