Can someone describe how to do cornrow extensions with synthetic hair?

The kind of extensions I'm looking for is when you intergrate the hair as your braiding. NOT adding the hair at the beginning of the braid. I DO NOT want the bulb look at the beginning.

I want the more natural looking braid that starts off with the clients natural hair and the extensions is added throughout the braid.

To not have the bulk at the end you must use less hair so that it will be thinner and not bulk up but it doesnt look natural if you ad the extensions afterwards. Make them smaller and they will look better and last longer.
